We can assist in data recovery from a non-working computer if the storage device is still working and can be removed from the computer. In case of soldered storage devices on the computers (like MacBook Pro), we can try repairing the non-working computer itself to make the data accessible from the same computer. However, we don’t have an in-house capability for data recovery directly from non-working storage device at the moment. We can facilitate this through a reliable partner of ours at an extra cost. 

If your hard drive needs to be replaced, we take extra precautions to ensure that your data is safely transferred to the new drive. We use specialised tools and techniques to clone your existing drive or recover data from damaged drives whenever possible.
