Our warranty support is directly linked to that offered by component manufacturer. Hence extended warranties may be available on a case-to-case basis for specific components. On-site support is included in our standard warranty.
We do not have a return policy. In case there are functional or manufacturing issues for specific components, we will replace the components with a similar one.
