Our Circularity Performance Plan is designed to be more preventive than corrective. Our plan includes all services for desktop and laptop computers as per the selected plan. However, accessories like keyboards, mice, printers, etc., are not part of the coverage. Furthermore, damages resulting from misuse, electrical problems, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters are excluded from the AMC Plan.

This approach enhances the predictability of your investment. However, coverage for spare parts can be customised based on the terms of our contract with you.
Support
Preventive maintenance schedules can vary based on the agreement. Generally, maintenance is performed on a quarterly basis, but it can also be monthly or bi-annually depending on the terms of the contract and your specific needs.
Our Performance Plan includes provisions for unlimited unscheduled breakdowns. You can contact our technical team anytime, and they will provide the necessary support to resolve the issue, either remotely or through an on-site visit.
Yes, our AMC - Performance Plan offers on-site support for the majority of business user categories, while leveraging remote support initially for swift resolution whenever feasible. Additionally, for individual users, we offer convenient options like carry-in support or pickup and drop services.
Once an incident is logged with our customer service team, the first level of support is telephonic followed by Remote support. We believe ~50% of incidents during a Performance plan can be resolved remotely. Initial remote support response time is typically within 4 business hours, with onsite visits, if necessary, scheduled within 2 business days. Performance plan quarterly assessments are scheduled based on mutual availability.
